Our goal is not to encourage your employees to file claims against the company, we attempt to discover the issue and work with the employee and or manager to resolve the issue. We typically receive questions from employees ranging from pay issues, harassment and discrimination claims or how to deal with fellow employees when a personality conflict exists. We record each call and discuss it with our contact at the Company when required.
