Real-Time Regulatory Updates
HR Fix keeps all of your training, testing, handbooks, guides, manuals and forms updated based on new legislation or case law. We spend thousands of dollars every year to keep up with the latest issues facing employers today as well as those facing them tomorrow.
We monitor both the state and federal legislature from the time a bill is introduced until it becomes law or is lost in committee. We provide you with regular updates so that no one is caught off guard. We present recommended changes based on new legislation for you to review. We apply all the necessary changes, only after you’ve provided approval, to all of the forms in your account. We then notify your employees and managers electronically that changes have been posted. We also alert all employees as to what their responsibilities are regarding the new updates.

Client Updates and Customization
As a client, you also have the ability to change your own content with or without the assistance of HR Fix. We can very easily enable “edit rights”, and you may add, delete or customize any of the content on the site.
Posters, Notices and Communications
HR Fix also comes pre-loaded with all the federally mandated employment posters and notices. We also add state specific information for your employees as well. In addition, we also provide a built in email message center. Managers can send employees messages through the system, their company email, or personal email to document when messages have been received.
