After each training session, each employee is assigned a review test to reinforce and monitor comprehension. Once a test has been completed successfully, the system updates your records in real time. You can access the reports anytime, anywhere to determine employees training status. Reports are broken down by Company, Location, Department, Job Title and Individual Employee. All test questions are essay, true/false, multiple choice or fill in the blank, and are topic-based. The system randomly selects test questions from each topic, so no two employees receive the same test.
